GIG: Friday, July 17, 9:30, American Bar & Grill, Lancaster, PA

Legendary Lancaster punks Sherwin play their final show with Marshall, their equally legendary drummer, on Friday, July 17th. And Hot Breakfast! is gonna play as well.

We met Marshall earlier this month, when we performed a free, acoustic show with our friends and heroes The Dead Milkmen. (We know – we can’t quite believe it either. But that really happened.) Marshall was at the show, and in addition to snapping some great photos of our gig, he asked us to be a part of this fantastic farewell show before he leaves for Japan.

Dean Clean - drummer for the Dead Milkmen - took our picture. That will never stop being awesome.

Oh – did we forget to mention Marhsall was leaving for Japan? That’s what he’s doing. We consider Newark, Delaware too far away for breakfast (14 miles), but he’s just, y’know, going to Japan.

Anyway, we’re gonna celebrate by rockin’ out in style at American Bar and Grill, the legendary Lancaster punk club, in support of Sherwin. We cannot wait for this free show – it’s gonna be a blast! And if you’re 21 or older, we’d love to see you there too.

The show kicks off at 9:30 or so with the Dead Scouts. We’ll go on second, and the mighty Sherwin will finish things up.

Did we mention it’s free? And we’ll be performing? Seriously, what else do you need to know?

One does not simply go to Japan. One rocks out first.
